The COD point are yours that you did earn.... Why throw them away? You are not guarnteed a win.. It's still a wager with point that you earned fair and square...

Like LL said... Your not gonna win them back if you dont have any skill...

well, kempo...i think discussion is in order on this topic. and I think Rams said it all well.

this is mor of a stradgey, than a glitch/hack, and not a bad idea.....

but as always we welcome all input

it is strategic, but it is kinda cheating the system.

i think the Board should discuss this.

I think it's glitching to be honest, seeing as it's obviously taking advantage of a loophole in the system - exact meaning of a glitch.


The issue however, is does it actually cause negative effect on anyone?.....

I mean having money; it doesn't cause for the disadvantage of other players, as apposed to say an undermapper, who would cause for other players to get more deaths and less kills than usual. I guess you can argue that other players will then have more difficult opponents than if this wasn;t taken advantage of - i.e. a level 5 with bad class rather than level 5 with best possible class for level; but it would still be easier to fight against than a normal player of say, level 20+ anyway..... So I can't really see much of an issue....


I can tell you now however, that treyarch WILL patch this at some point VERY soon, as they do with all leaked glitches in the game....
As far as I'm concerned, it won't hurt anybody, and so doesn't really matter. However, if you DID want to go ahead with it, you had sure as hell hurry the fuck up about it.......

i did too, but on the 31st. i blew all my money on emblem stuff first though. my emblem is officially awesome now.

I didn't watch the video so I locked it by the title. Read prestige and assumed the prestige hack. Now it's time to watch the video.

EDIT: this is not a glitch this simply just a clever loophole in the wager match system. Plus it really doesn't affect anyone.

well, like Ram said, you are not getting Free money, this is cash you already earned...(gettin Free Cod bucks would be glitching)

however that being said, the idea was for everyone to start from scratch with prestiege...

so if there was a way to keep your GUNS after prestiege, i WOULD call that a hack

and what does the COD bucks buy? well, guns....

BUT, IMPORTANT BUT, you MUST win the wager match, so this isnt a code, or in any way a 'sure thing' you cant repeat it again and again (unless u just like wager matches) so im still voting NO on the glitch

back in the day, with online games, we always had a BANK, that was a trusted player that could hold your cash for you while you went into battle, or leveled up, then he would give the cash back to you (or at least a large % of it)...ya, im sure it was 'cheating' but at 50 gold per battle, and you save up 50,000 gold, you start to think about those things...

but anyway, i dont think it gives you an "unfair advantage"...or would ever be noticed by others in game...

i guess that it all depends on how you see it. since the board seems to not think of it as a glitch, its still legal, but i wouldnt do it because i like to work for stuff. yeah thats working for it still, but its still cheap. plus id never win a high roller match, so whatever lol.

haha a bunch of us played sticks and stones today, oh and you cant be in a party in any but the top wager matches (so you wouldnt be able to invite them to high roller). it was kemp, bloodi, asfixiator, tg (he was only there one game) and i playing. loads of fun, the randoms where fairly good though. i finished top one match and i believe at least one of us won every match.

in one kemp and i humiliated each other at the same time. it was hilarious.

Dammit I wish I didn't have to leave , I've coulda thawk every but sadly I had to go with only one thawk asfx.

tg- yeah, all of us should get together sometime and do that again. itd be nice if you could do wager matches in private games, or set up classes that way or something. oh well.

Well I gave this a try this weekend.. It does indeed work.. However the big thing is YOU GOTTA WIN..

I drew One in the Chamber... My least favorite wager match by far.. CAMPFEST 2011 is what I call this game mode now..

Needless to say I finished 4th so I wasn't exactly a shoe-in nor did I recieve any points.

haha congrats on prestiging though? which one is that for you?
